Today, I am writing this to share with you all about my secret of losing 2 inches from waist in just 2 weeks. We all are quarantined in homes due to this pandemic. And, I had promised myself to utilize this time effectively. So, I found one trick with which I managed to shed some weight.
You might be thinking that I might be using a treadmill or other gym equipment, doing yoga, meditation, and all other stuff that anyone out there would be doing. But, I am not up to this.
I am very excited to tell you that I got to stick to badminton which was my first love during my school days. After, I never got spare time to play; however, this quarantine re-built my passion for this game. And, the twist is that I am playing with a.

It is not a normal badminton game, rather I molded it according to the fitness level. My motive was to lose some weight along with playing and I discovered an idea of using my old waist trimmer belt
What I do is? I just put on my when I am going to play. It helps me to sweat more as more heat is produced on the belly portion which is released in the form of sweat. This in turns assists in reducing some weight.
I play it along with my husband who is also a fitness freak. Along with the belt, he also suggested me to jump while playing. Initially, I was a bit confused- jumping and badminton, side by side but how? Then, he gave me the demo and I copied him exactly.
What we do is- We both tie our waist trainer belts and then start playing badminton while jumping in the same place. This technique has many benefits. Let’s have a look:
  1. First and foremost, jumping helps to improve the blood circulation in our body by which blood gets equally distributed.
  2. Secondly, and jumping when combined-delivers the two times effective results. We sweat more and burn calories more.
  3. Thirdly, Jumping while playing also saves our time for doing other activities because we are not required to give extra time to a treadmill.
  4. Lastly, we do this activity two times a day. Hence, we sweat more and we get good sleep at the end of the day.
